Kundalini Yoga helps provide a new level of health, a deeper awareness and unlocks our true potential. We work with different postures (Asana), rhythmic breath work (Pranayama), meditation (Dhyan), mantra, and internal body locks (Bandha).
By bringing our bodies into specific angles and movements, we awaken and empower our nervous-, glandular-, circulatory- and digestive systems. The specific breath techniques helps us feel both more calm and energised, while working directly with healing our over worked nervous systems. Kundalini Meditations and mantras are filled with effective ways to clear negativity and feel more inner light.
