Our emotions are messengers of how our life circumstances truly are making us feel. Without emotions, we wouldn’t be able to navigate and communicate our truth in life. During a normal day we can go through many different emotions, of which some are stronger have a deeper effect on us than others.
Did something lately made you angry, but you didn’t know how to express that anger in a constructive way? Do you feel ashamed for certain emotions and keep them to yourself?
The ability to process, cope and let go of emotions is vital for our mental and physical well-being. Also acknowledging and expressing our emotions helps us maintain a clear connection between mind and body. To hold on to, or ignore our emotions can eventually create major dysfunction and a feeling of disconnection to ourselves.
The purpose of this workshop is to create a safe space to allow the detoxification of the emotional body. We will learn to take important steps towards a new relationship with our emotions with the help of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Awareness practices.
